America lost a good man on October 16th, from "America's Finest Generation", Charlie "Sarge" Hackney. He was truly loved and respected by anybody that had a chance to visit with him! He left us peacefully, in no pain and at home with family. Like the Model T he once owned, the parts wore out. He retired after 26 years in the Corps as a Gunny, 26 and served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam! He would have been 95 on November 8th!
